4. Warranty
Coverage
All window tinting installations include a lifetime warranty covering:

Warranty Limitations
The warranty does NOT cover:
- •Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper care
- •Damage from window defects or defroster elements
- •Normal wear and tear
- •Film installed on vehicles or property not owned by the original purchaser
- •Removal of previously installed aftermarket tint
Warranty Claims
- •All warranty claims must be reported within reasonable time of discovery

- •Warranty is non-transferable

5. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle/Property Condition
- •Customer must disclose any existing damage to windows or surfaces
- •Customer is responsible for removing personal items from vehicle/property
- •Windows must be in good condition (no cracks, chips, or scratches)
Post-Installation Care
- •Do not roll down windows for 3-7 days after installation
- •Do not clean windows for 3-7 days after installation
- •Follow all care instructions provided
- •Use only ammonia-free cleaners after curing period
6. Legal Compliance
Customer is responsible for ensuring their tinted windows comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. King of Shade provides information about Florida tint laws but does not guarantee legal compliance in all situations. It is the customer's responsibility to:
- •Verify current tint laws for their jurisdiction
- •Ensure compliance if vehicle is registered in another state
- •Obtain any necessary exemptions or permits
7. Limitation of Liability
King of Shade shall not be liable for:
- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Damage to pre-existing window defects
- •Damage caused by customer negligence
- •Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- •Loss of use of vehicle or property during service
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of King of Shade and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
